Competition for young readers "Poetics"

in preparation for the First International Children's

literary and artistic online performance

Dates: from January 22, 2021 to March 10, 2021.

The International Literary Competition of Readers "Poetics", dedicated to the anniversaries of great poets, is held by the ANO "World of Arts - II" in the framework of the UNESCO Club "International Children's Congress", with the support of the Faculty of Arts of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

The purpose of the competition: popularization of children's creativity, identification of talented children, support of interest in literature and theatrical art.

The objective of the competition is to determine the winners and prize-winners who will become the main actors of the First International Children's Literary and Art Online Performance dedicated to the anniversary (memorable date) of the writer / poet / work in 2021.

Competitors:

Children from 5 to 15 years old

 

Age groups of participants:

Junior group: from 5 to 7 years

Middle group: 8 to 10 years old

Senior group: from 12 to 15 years old

The jury of the International Competition will consist of theater experts, literary critics, actors and theater critics.

 

 

Conditions for participation in the Competition and application submission:

  1. Application for participation is submitted on the website www.mir-arts-dva.rf , by filling out the Participant's questionnaire (approved form). A file with a video recording of the speech must be attached to the Application Form. The recording should be done in horizontal format.

  2. For each competitive work, a separate application is filled out.

  3. The number of submitted works from one participant is not limited.

  4. The duration of the performance is no more than 3 minutes.

  5. Performances of works in Russian are allowed to participate.

  6. At the beginning of the performance, the participant must introduce himself (Surname, name, age and city), indicate the author and the title of the work that is being performed.

  7. The competition is held for individual performers. Group performances are not allowed!

  8. Participation in the competition is paid and amounts to 500 (five hundred) rubles for one work. Payment is made on the website www.mir-arts-dva.rf immediately after filling out the application.

  9. Upon admission of work to the Competition, the participant receives an information letter. If the participation form is completed and the video work has been sent, but the information letter has not been received, you need to contact the Organizing Committee of the Competition by phone: +7 999 5227652

  10. Works are accepted strictly within the terms specified in this Regulation.

  11. The jury's decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Criteria for evaluating the performance of a participant in the Young Reading Competition

  1. Knowledge of the text, no mistakes, hitching, unreasonable pauses

  2. The expressiveness of reading, the depth of penetration into the figurative system and the semantic structure of the text.

  3. Ability to show your attitude to a literary work by intonation, gesture, facial expressions.

  4. Appearance (the use of elements of stage costume and additional props, the originality of the approach to the disclosure of the theme of the work, the presence of background accompaniment or other audiovisual means).

 

Rewarding and prize fund:

Winners of the Grand Prix and Laureates of I, II and III degrees will be determined in each age category.

All participants who are not among the prize winners of the Competition will receive personalized diplomas (for participation in the Competition).

Winners of the Grand Prix, Laureates of I, II and III degrees will become participants in the First International Children's Literary and Art Online Performance.

 

The final online performance is a new type of art in an online format, the purpose of which is to identify and interact with talented children, popularize children's creativity, and support interest in literature, painting and theatrical art. Literary and artistic collaboration provides children with collective independence with the ability to express their own ideas, thoughts, imaginations and visualize the elements of the production.
